The Origin Story

When my music career didn't go as intended, real estate showed up.

I didn't plan to become a real estate agent. I was pursuing music — writing, performing, building something from scratch. But when that path didn't unfold the way I'd envisioned, I found myself at a crossroads. The question wasn't "What do I do next?" — it was "What am I actually good at?"

It turns out the skills that made me a decent performer translate directly to real estate. Reading a room. Staying composed under pressure. Showing up prepared. Communicating in a way that connects with people — not at them, but with them.

That was 21 years and 521 homes ago. What started as a career pivot became a vocation — a way to help people build a foundation, make confident decisions, and move forward in their lives with clarity. I've worked with first-time buyers who didn't know where to start, families who had outgrown their space, investors chasing the next opportunity, and people navigating life's hardest transitions — divorce, estate sales, probate, foreclosure.

The through-line in all of it? Relationships. I don't measure success by volume alone. I measure it by the clients who call me back, who refer their friends, who text me years later just to check in. That's the real metric. That's what 21 years in this business has taught me — the transaction ends, but the relationship doesn't have to.

Outside the office, I'm a cigar connoisseur — the kind who'll talk terroir and wrapper leaf just as comfortably as he'll talk closing costs. It's the same instinct that makes me good at this job: an appreciation for the details, the process, and the people you share it with.

My mission is simple: to help individuals build a foundation. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've outgrown, navigating an estate, or investing in your next opportunity — you deserve an agent who shows up, stays steady, and gets it done.

Differentiators

What sets me apart.

Deep Atlanta Market Knowledge

Two decades of watching neighborhoods evolve, prices shift, and opportunities surface. I know the streets, the school zones, the micro-markets — and I use that knowledge to position every client for the best possible outcome.

Buy Before You Sell Program

Worried about being stuck between two homes? My buy-before-you-sell strategy lets you secure your next place before listing your current one — so you're never rushed, never pressured, and never settling.

Negotiation That Protects You

Every contract has pressure points. Inspection reports, financing contingencies, amendments — I know where the leverage is and how to use it. My job is to make sure you come out of every negotiation in a stronger position than when you went in.

Steady Communication, Start to Finish

No ghosting. No guessing. I keep you informed at every stage — what's happening, what's next, and what your options are. When things get complicated, that's when you need your agent most, and that's when I show up.

Pricing Strategy That Actually Works

Overpricing is the #1 reason homes don't sell in Atlanta. I use real market data — not gut feelings — to price your home so it attracts the right buyers and creates competitive interest from day one.

The Human Side

I'm a cigar guy. I appreciate the craft — the wrapper leaf, the blend, the moment you slow down and enjoy it. That same attention to detail and appreciation for the experience carries into how I work with every client. This isn't just business; it's relationships built on trust.
